Form to Request GoalView Records from other GoalView Districts.

This form is to be filled out as soon as possible after you have received a student from another district who has Special Education records on GoalView. The transfer process normally takes a few days, so plan ahead.

***Please Note: This form is not required if a student is transferring schools within JSD. The student will only appear in the new school's list of students once the new school's registrar updates the school information on Skyward. This process may also take a few days for the information to be updated on GoalView, so please plan ahead.***
