Please come 15 minutes early to register. Doors are closed 5 minutes after starting or sooner if class is full.  Please do not be late.

Must bring photo I.D.  All classes are $15.00 CASH and must be renewed every two years.  Classes will not be held during holidays.   Classes are approximately 1-1/2 hours long.
Children are not allowed.  No exceptions!

Health Regulation #5. Any person, before entering or engaging in the manufacturing, preparation or handling of food or drink, or being employed in or around food in a restaurant, hotel, beer parlor, delicatessen or other food service establishment shall obtain a food handler permit.

ServSafe Certification must be renewed every 3 years.

You may get your food handler permit online at http://statefoodsafety.com for a $21.00 charge. The permit is valid for two yaers. If you have questions about this website you can call the health department at (385)-468-3845.
