DISTRICT AUDIO-VISUAL SERVICES
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AUDIO-VISUAL SERVICES STAFF
- Determine audio-visual needs of District Office personnel
- Provide instruction in the operation of audio-visual equipment
- When needed, set up equipment for District Office use
- Troubleshoot operating problems and make minor adjustments
- When needed, send equipment to Maintenance Department for repair
- Evaluate the condition of available equipment on an on-going basis
- Research current equipment trends and new audio-visual equipment
- Make purchasing recommendations to update equipment and effectively meet the audio-visual needs of the District Office

AVAILABLE EQUIPMENT
Audio-Visual Services provides equipment on a checkout basis to
- District Office administrators and authorized personnel
- School principals for special use in program presentations
