Anyone interested in being an assistant coach must first visit the Human Resource department to complete an application to be added to an applicant list. Applicants may also submit a separate application for each position posted on our website.  Applicants must select which sport/activity(s) they are interested in coaching and which school(s) they would like to work at. 

When a position becomes available, the schools will contact our office for a list of those who have applied and are qualified for available coaching positions.  The schools are responsible to select the candidate that most closely meets their staffing needs.

If an applicant is selected to be an assistant coach, they must attend a new employee orientation scheduled by the school where they will provide all new hire paperwork to the Human Resource department.  An applicant must also be fingerprinted. There is a charge to the applicant. Once all paperwork is received, the applicant will be given a blue sheet which they must deliver to the school before they begin coaching.
