Grant Process

JSD's Grant Approval Process has been designed to:
• Identify district resources that might enhance your project and improve its chances for being funded
• Gain principal support for your project
• Build district support for your project when district support is a requirement for application

Grant Approval Process
Please complete the Local School Grant Application (District Process) form and follow the directions.  If the applicant can answer "No" to all eight (8) questions, the application must be signed by the principal.  The principal and the area executive director recieve a copy; the teacher retains the original.

When the grant is funded, a copy of the form and the grant are forwarded to Marilyn Williams, Grants Specialist.   If any of the eight (8) questions are answered "Yes," please call Marilyn Williams at 567-8378 to schedule a District Review.

To avoid missing a grant deadline:
Call or e-mail the Grants Office as soon as you know you want to apply for a grant that will require District Review Committee so the review and signature arrangements can be made in time to meet your deadline: 567-8378 or marilyn.williams@jordan.k12.ut.us.
