Each matrix is designed to track the goals, objectives, and timelines of a grant awarded to the District.  This list is meant to be an overview.  The Program Manager for each grant has the responsiblity of monitoring the grant and meeting all assessment and reporting requirements.  Any substantive changes should be reviewed with the Program Officer from the granting agency.
