TITLE I OVERVIEW

  • Title I, Part A of the Elementary and Seconary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA) provides educational agencies (LEAs, or school districts) with extra resources to help improve the quality of educational opportunities available to students. Title I is part of the Federal No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB).
