Who we are . . .
Consulting Educators are current classroom teachers and teacher specialists who have received special training in helping peers. 

Consulting Educators provide additional support, training or coaching to help improve teaching skills and effectiveness. 

Consulting Educators provide confidential individualized peer support for improvement of teaching skills and instructional quality.

  • Help teachers understand JPAS and become more comfortable with it

It’s a simple six-step process . . .

  1. The teacher requests a Consulting Educator.  (The request form can be found below)
  2. The Consulting Educator contacts the teacher.
  3. The teacher and Consulting Educator have a confidential conference.
  4. The teacher identifies what to work on with the Consulting Educator.
  5. Skill building and enhancement take place.
  6. Follow-up occurs.
